Lab Hot Air Oven

Lab Hot Air Oven uses dry heat to sterilise articles. Hot Air Oven uses a microprocessor to control the temperature. The double walled insulation keeps the heat in and conserves energy. These do not require water and there is not much pressure build up within the oven, unlike an autoclave, making them safer to work with. We specialise in both standard and customised models, specifically designed to meet the challenging demands of various individual and specialised research applications.

Features:
  1. Separated, insulated inner and outer surfaces
  2. Easily accessible interior for maintenance and cleaning
  3. Noise less fan ensures proper circulation and strong dispersion of air.
  4. Full opening door hinged on right side (left side optional)
  5. Microprocessor based temperature controller.
  6. Temperature chart recorder/printer for printing graphs(optional)
  7. An automatic over temperature alarm ensures your samples are always protected.
  8. RS 232/485 interface.(optional)
  9. Universal Digital Data Recorder system (optional)
  10. PLC for temperature control, data recording (optional
  1.  Acumen Labware's Lab Hot Air Ovens  are double walled convection heated and cooled units. Outer body of lab ovens are constructed out of thick corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner construction is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade). The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our ovens.
  2. Heating:
Indirect heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal/nichrome wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the oven through efficient motor fans ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.
  3. Temperature Control:
The temperature inside our hot air ovens is controlled through microprocessor based controller ( PLC controller).

  4. Temperature Range: Temperature range of our standard Lab Hot Air Oven is 5°C above ambient to 250°C /300°C.
  5. Insulation: The gap of 75 mm between the outer and the inner wall is filled with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses.
  6. Air circulation: Triple walled back of unit is fitted with air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniformly throughout the oven.
Features of Coaxial Circulation Fan:
  • Vacuum impregnated stator winding with dr. back varnish under red baktol
  • Non-hygroscopic.
  • Best IR value
  • Bright bar (EN - 8 class) shaft.
  • Bush bearing of branded companies.
  • Surge comparison testing in fans and pumps eliminates into turn short circulating of the stator.
  • Pressure die-casted-rotor manufactured with zero error.
  • Boats of high accuracy.

Applications:

  • Annealing
  • Die-bond Ccuring
  • Drying
  • Polyimide Baking
  • Sterilizing

    Electric Incinerator

We shall briefly discuss here about the types of Incinerator being manufactured by us and there applications:

    - Hospital Incinerator.
    - Bio-Medical Waste Disposal Incinerator.
    - Poultry Incinerator.
    - Hatchery Incinerator.
    - Livestock Incinerator.

Applications of Electric Incinerators are found in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, veterinary and healthcare organisations and other medical centres. These organisations produce various medical and bio medical wastes on a large scale. Here the Use of Electric Incinerator is the pollution free disposal of medical and bio medical waste without damaging the relative environment. Hence, Electric Incinerator can also be termed as medical and bio medical waste disposal machine which are build with large furnaces which work at a very high temperature of 1000 to 2000 degree Fahrenheit in which toxic bacteria, germs and microbes are also destroyed along with the waste entering the system. Incinerators are environmentally safe, compact, portable and easy to operate.
